Sarah gave me hope when I could see no light at the end of a long, dark tunnel. When I contacted Sarah for an appointment for my daughter, she told me there was a silver lining to my dark cloud – help now, would prevent a deeper hole to climb out of in the future.
The big breakthrough came when she introduced the ‘Emotional Logic Programme’. This is not a miracle cure, but with hard work from the client, help and support from family, alongside Sarah instilling self-belief, strategies and encouragement, the road to a brighter future began.
In short, Sarah gave us our daughter back and for that we are forever grateful.

I highly recommend Sarah who I rate 10/10.
I really love how she trusted me and understood quickly what kind of person I am. I felt respected and it was great how quickly we used creativity and brainstorm in the most partnership like way.
As a young strategist and a business owner, I really needed someone who will treat me like a partner during coaching. Sarah is a super creative and empathetic human being. I was amazed how quickly she understood my values and struggles. We made amazing progress in just a few hours.

This was my first experience with coaching. I was nervous at first but I got really excited when I understood that Sarah got who I am and what I value. With Sarah’s assistance and coaching I could see myself in new ways and I felt lots of reasons to like myself. Her help with goal setting was amazing and so doable. My days are now so much more productive and if I hit lows, I have many ways now to keep moving and not get stuck.

I was lost and hurting. I just wanted to go to sleep and never wake up again. Sarah was so kind and encouraging, with so many excellent tips and ideas in her emotional tool bag. I must admit I was sceptical at first having been ‘in therapy’ for years. She empowered me to stop sabotaging myself and showed me how to reach for my dreams instead. Without her guidance, I would never have returned to University after dropping out. Here I am graduating not only with a 1st but in a medical field that I love.

As a young, ambitious business owner, I really wanted assistance from someone who can quickly understand me. I clicked with Sarah instantly. She is a truly inspiring, passionate woman with a witty mind. She helped me to see things in the wider perspective and respect myself more. She recognized perfectly when I needed to talk about something more and what struggles I was ready to leave behind. Thanks to her I now recognize the difference between (self) punishment and discipline. I am excited for the future and to use my talents and strengths well to support friends and clients and make the world a better place!

I have had several sessions with Sarah and found her to be very insightful , understanding and effective in helping me tackle issues. She is a very good listener and easy to be with in the same space. She created a strong feeling of trust and support and I felt I could share my experiences easily. The work we did together was very effective and it helped me understand clearly the different perspectives in a professional situation, enabling me to work around the problem with clarity, ease and confidence. I would highly recommend Sarah as a coach.

Sarah is an incredibly talented, natural coach. Her guidance enabled me to think and value my passions and strengths. Her care and knowledge and her willingness to support me were extremely valuable. Her uplifting, positive, and fun personality make her easy to open up to and she is wonderful to talk to. She has not only been an amazing coach but also a caring mentor. The strategies and lessons she gave me have inspired and motivated me. Sarah is truly one of a kind and I would recommend her to anyone looking for unintuitive, sincere and deeply compassionate coach.
